Peer-review

The Editorial Board decides whether a submitted manuscript proceeds to peer review or is rejected based on the basic requirements set out in the Author Guidelines. If the manuscript is sent for review, the evaluation is conducted through a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Based on the reviewers' reports, the Editorial Board decides whether the manuscript is accepted, returned to the authors for revision, or rejected.
